Our President

Our partnership team is led by Tim Moore, whose broad experience in the building industry includes leadership roles in both design and construction.  A graduate of Drexel University, he holds both a bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on building systems, as well as a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural design.

Tim has extensive project management experience on large institutional and commercial construction projects and is well versed in all disciplines involved in complex building projects.  His career in the building industry started as a civilian employee and commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He excelled through increasing roles in the construction industry from superintendent, field/project engineer, scheduler, estimator, and on to project manager on large institutional and commercial construction projects before his return to building design.  In addition to leading design teams, he has also compiled building systems assessments and probable costs on hundreds of facilities, assisting Owners' efforts in facility planning and budgeting.  Because he has worked both directly for and with Architects, Owners, and Tenants, Tim brings a complete understanding of each party's specific needs to every project.
